Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in childcare.
• 1 year experience in childcare preferred.
• Certifications required within 30 days: CPR/AED & First Aid; New Employee Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Teacher Lead by planning activities and caring for children.
• Supervise classroom, activities, and ADA accommodations where appropriate.
• Maintain program records including attendance and disciplinary docs.
• Engage parents and involve them as volunteers when possible.
