The role requires a bachelor’s diploma, B2 English, and 1–2 years of preschool experience, with a preference for Early Childhood Education coursework and first aid training. The position is full-time with opportunities for professional development in Cambridge frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Diploma required.
• Degree/ coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• First aid certification or child development training is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of preschool experience.
• Experience supporting teachers and collaborating in teams.
• Familiarity with early childhood milestones and age-appropriate practices.

Responsibilities

• Support lead teacher in planning and implementing daily educational activities.
• Assist supervising children during classroom activities, playtime, and outdoor sessions.
• Help prepare teaching materials, learning centers, and classroom resources.
• Foster a caring, safe and inclusive environment for every child.
• Encourage positive behavior and develop social-emotional skills.
• Observe and report progress and concerns to the lead teacher.
• Maintain cleanliness and order, store and sanitize materials.
• Support snack, lunch, rest, and toileting routines for independence.
• Participate in events and professional development sessions.
• Communicate respectfully with children, colleagues, and parents.
