Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support lead teacher in planning and implementing daily educational activities.

• Encourage positive behavior and develop social-emotional skills.
• Observe and report progress and concerns to the lead teacher.
• Maintain cleanliness and order, store and sanitize materials.
• Support snack, lunch, rest, and toileting routines for independence.
• Participate in events and professional development sessions.
• Communicate respectfully with children, colleagues, and parents.

Application Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Diploma;
• B2 English language proficiency (spoken and written);
• A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred;
• Relevant training or certification in child development, first aid is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool setting;
• Experience supporting classroom teachers and working collaboratively in a team environment;
• Familiarity with early childhood developmental milestones and age-appropriate practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults;
• Warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a genuine love for working with young children;

Main Responsibilities

• Support children during snack, lunch, rest, and toileting times, promoting independence and hygiene routines.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, and professional development sessions as required.
• Communicate respectfully and effectively with children, colleagues, and parents.
