Cadence Education in Greensboro, NC seeks a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support daily classroom activities under supervision, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for young children, including those with IEPs, and adherence to Cadence programs.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and rules.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a classroom team.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, respectful classroom environment for all children.
• Greet children and families daily and build professional relationships.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Follow safety, supervision and incident reporting procedures.
• Document and report incidents and behaviors per policy.
• Communicate with families, coworkers and leadership professionally.
• Participate in meetings, trainings and required development activities.
• Support licensing compliance and state requirements as applicable.
