Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2+ years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.

• Demonstrates ability to work with diverse families and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to follow Center policies and state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for a group of children as part of a teaching team across infant to Pre-K classrooms.
• Promote healthy eating practices and supervise children during activities.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Engage children in learning activities and support social–emotional development.
• Greet parents and support family engagement with the program.
• Attend staff meetings and training to apply new skills.
