Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in licensed childcare or early education.
• Knowledge of toddler development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to meet New Jersey state childcare licensing requirements.
