Job summary

The Learning Experience – Hell's Kitchen in New York, NY is seeking a qualified Preschool Teacher to lead a developmentally appropriate classroom and implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum to build early literacy and social-emotional skills.

You will collaborate with educators and families, maintain safe routines, document progress, and support children toward kindergarten readiness. A BA in Early Childhood Education and at least 90 college credits are required, with full-time, Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or higher required.
• Minimum of 90 college credits in Early Childhood Education required.
• Previous preschool or early childhood classroom experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Must meet applicable New York City childcare requirements.

Pay: $22–$28 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Hell's Kitchen is seeking a qualified and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team.

In this role, you'll lead an engaging preschool classroom where children build the academic, social-emotional, and independence skills that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. Using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, you'll turn everyday experiences into meaningful opportunities to learn, explore, and grow.
