The Learning Experience - Jenison in Jenison, MI is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to nurture a classroom where children learn through purposeful play and hands-on exploration.

You will lead daily routines, implement the LEAP Curriculum, and support early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional growth, while fostering strong family partnerships and a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in preschool, daycare, childcare, or early childhood strongly preferred.
• CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credentials are a plus.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences in a Preschool classroom.
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Create engaging activities supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development.

• Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive guidance.
• Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation.
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Collaborate with classroom support teachers and center leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
• Follow Michigan childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.

Preschool Teacher - Early Childhood Education

Location: The Learning Experience - Jenison, MI

Pay: $17-$21 per hour, based on experience and credentials

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm or 9:30am-6:30pm

The Learning Experience - Jenison is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to create an engaging classroom where children are excited to learn, explore, create, and grow.

As a Preschool Teacher, you'll help children strengthen their language, independence, friendships, early academic skills, and confidence through purposeful play and hands‑on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences in a Preschool classroom
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Create engaging activities supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social‑emotional development
