Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous daycare, childcare, or preschool experience preferred.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision for children.
• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Encourage language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Support daily routines including meals, naps, toileting, and transitions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers.
• Follow Michigan childcare licensing and health and safety requirements.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
