Job summary

Learn And Play Montessori School in Centerville is seeking a dedicated full-time teacher to join our Montessori + STEM curriculum team. The role focuses on creating a warm, nurturing classroom where children learn through play and exploration, while collaborating with families to support each child’s growth.

You will help maintain high standards of care, work with center staff and leadership to reach enrollment and accreditation goals, and build strong relationships with families and the broader

Qualifications

• 12 core ECE Units & Infant/toddler course completed.
• Child Care Developmental Associate (CDA) Credential.
• Willingness to change diapers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, growth and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
• Implement Learn And Play Montessori School Montessori + STEM curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
