Job summary

Learn And Play Montessori School in San Carlos is seeking full-time teachers to join a Montessori + STEM™ curriculum that nurtures social, physical, verbal, and cognitive growth. You will create a safe, nurturing environment, partner with families, and collaborate with staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.

The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with children and the community. Applicants should have 12 core ECE units, Infant/toddler coursework, and a CDA credential,

Qualifications

• 12 core ECE Units & Infant/toddler course completed.
• CDA Credential required/preferred.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, growth and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
• Implement Learn And Play Montessori School Montessori + STEM curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
