Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
• PDE Instructional Certificate in Special Education required.
• Clearances: current police, child abuse, FBI fingerprint clearances within 1 year; MA provider clearance by PA and federal government.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and support to preschool students with diverse needs.
• Implement IEPs and specialized strategies such as Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Collaborate with families and staff; monitor progress and maintain a safe classroom environment.
• Plan curriculum based on evaluations/assessments including VB MAPP and Batelle Inventory.
• Serve as case manager on IEP team and prepare necessary records.
