Job summary

Inland Counties Regional Center, Inc. is seeking a Consumer Services Coordinator to coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Central West Transition area. The role involves creating and updating IPPs, advocating for families, and coordinating with schools, vendors, and providers.

Ideal candidates will have at least a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of case management experience and strong communication skills. Some bilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree and at least one year of case management experience in ID/DD or related field.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Good attendance, punctuality, and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management services for consumers.
• Develop IPP and addendums; track progress and prepare reviews.
• Attend IEP/ITP/IHC meetings and prepare necessary paperwork.
• Advocate for consumers and connect with community resources.
• Organize transportation and document all activities.
