The Gardner School in Powell, OH is seeking a School Programs Coordinator to lead daily operations, ensure compliance, and support teachers and families. You’ll manage inquiries, coordinate tours, and help deliver developmentally appropriate programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Education Administration or related field.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Assistant Director qualifications (education and experience).
• Experience in licensed child development environments; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the school in conformance with state/local regulations and school policies.
• Open/close the school in the absence of the Executive/Assistant Director.
• Prepare and forward reports per policies and procedures.
• Track inquiries and convert them into parent tours.
• Maintain professional relationships with parents and staff.
• Lead classroom activities and provide support during busy times.
• Ensure safety rules and equipment are maintained.
