Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; CDA preferred or obtainable within 2 years.
• Willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom staff with activities, lesson plans, field trips, meals, and transportation.
• Support development of culturally relevant materials and activities for children and families.
• Supervise during mealtimes to promote nutrition and social skills.
• Maintain clean, safe learning environments and follow health checklists.
• Serve as substitute when needed and participate in child screening and observation.
