Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center (Nwoesc) Archbold High School in Archbold, OH seeks a Paraprofessional - Preschool to support classroom instruction and student activities. Qualifications

• Requires valid state DOE license/permit at time of appointment.
• Meets mandated state/federal criteria (degree, etc.).
• Educational aide permit required.
• Demonstrates flexibility, reliability, and self-discipline.
• Maintains a record free of criminal violations prohibiting public school employment.
• Exhibits effective communication, problem-solving and time management.
• Maintains high ethical standards and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time and prepared to work per schedule.
• Performs non-teaching support as part of the educational team.
• Prepares/distributes classroom materials and equipment.
• Maintains and cleans program areas and equipment.
• Assists with records/data collection and accuracy of information.
• Supports daily living activities and instructional support as directed.
• Assists individuals and small groups with remedial or enrichment activities.
• Reinforces instructional objectives and facilitates inclusive environments.
• Coordinates with staff to implement student support strategies.
• Manages learning environment and usage of assistive technologies.
