Job summary

The Goddard School - Houston 2 Crossroads is seeking a Lead Teacher to join our preschool team. You will help implement Goddard’s comprehensive educational program and support children’s development from early ages.

Primary responsibilities include guiding intellectual growth, fostering emotional development, ensuring licensing and quality compliance, and maintaining collaborative family relationships with a focus on a fun, safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience preferred.

• Advancing children's intellectual, social, and physical development.
• Supporting each child's emotional development and providing positive guidance.
• Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times.

Compensation

New Preschool or Pre-K Lead Teachers generally earn between $15 and $18 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.
