Job summary

Country Kids Day Care, Inc. is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to guide children ages 3-5 through a structured learning year. You will develop an age-appropriate curriculum and support kindergarten readiness while partnering with the Assistant Teacher and Center Director.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or CDA, plus pediatric first aid and CPR certification. You will foster a safe, inclusive classroom and maintain strong family communications, while upholding health and safety

• Supervise and mentor the Assistant Teacher for effective collaboration.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and at-home learning strategies.
• Ensure classroom health, safety, and cleanliness regulations are followed.
• Lead transitions, manage meal times, and outdoor play smoothly.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and best practices.
