The Learning Experience in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Lead Teacher to set the academic foundation for lifelong learning while guiding young minds. You will lead classrooms, implement our LEAP Curriculum, and partner with families to celebrate progress and milestones.

Qualifications

• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Experience in childcare with leadership roles is essential.
• Must meet state and federal immunization and health/safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Classroom Leadership: plan and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children.
• Curriculum Implementation: implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, adapting for Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool.
• Safety First: maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Family Communication: regularly update parents on progress and milestones via apps and in-person discussions.
• Center Collaboration: work with staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment and engagement goals.
• Relationship Builder: foster warm relationships with families and colleagues.
