Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Tucson, AZ to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You’ll lead classroom management, implement curricula, and ensure licensing compliance while fostering a caring, dynamic classroom environment.

You’ll promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children and build strong relationships with families, supporting the center’s success on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support the center’s success.
