The Learning Experience in Franklin, MA is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher who is EEC-certified. You’ll lead the daily preschool routine, implement the LEAP curriculum, and help children grow in literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional skills.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Preschool Lead Teacher.
• Professional preschool or early childhood classroom experience required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.

The Learning Experience - Franklin is seeking an enthusiastic Preschool Lead Teacher who loves helping young children become confident, curious, creative, and increasingly independent.

You’ll take ownership of your classroom while creating engaging experiences that strengthen early academic skills, friendships, communication, problem-solving, and kindergarten readiness.
