The Learning Experience in Billerica, MA is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher who meets Massachusetts EEC requirements. You will lead daily classroom routines, implement the LEAP Curriculum, and help children become confident, curious, and independent learners in a full-time, Monday–Friday role with pay $23–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Preschool Lead Teacher.
• Previous professional Preschool or early childhood classroom experience required.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and children's development.
