Job summary

The Learning Experience - Foxboro is seeking a Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. We welcome Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators and aim to place you in the classroom that matches your experience and passions.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23-$25 based on experience, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule and a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher.
• Infant-Toddler or Preschool age groups welcomed.
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance.
• Observe and document children's development.
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
