The Learning Experience - Andover is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated early childhood educators. Our preschool classrooms provide a fun, engaging environment where children develop confidence, independence, and foundational skills for kindergarten.

As a MA EEC certified teacher, you will lead daily activities, support early literacy and social-emotional development, and partner with families and center leadership to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom and

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification is required.
• Experience in preschool classroom settings is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging preschool classroom activities using The Learning Experience's LEAP curriculum.
• Foster early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development through hands-on learning.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom where every child can thrive.
• Guide children through daily routines, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions.
• Observe children's developmental progress and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to provide high-quality early childhood education.
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

What You'll Do

• Lead engaging preschool classroom activities using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Foster early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development through hands-on learning
• Create a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom where every child can thrive
• Guide children through daily routines, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions
• Observe children's developmental progress and communicate regularly with families
• Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to provide exceptional early childhood education
• Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous preschool classroom experience preferred
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
