Job description

Job Title: Lead Preschool Teacher / Pre-K Teacher

We are looking for a Lead Preschool Teacher / Pre-K Teacher to join us at The Learning Experience - Columbus Circle. Do you have NYC TEACHING CERTIFICATION Birth-2nd or a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education?

Pay: $23 - $25 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred. At least six months of professional teaching experience required.
• NYC Teaching Certification - Birth to 2 years (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or an Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related degree preferred along with a study plan for obtaining early childcare certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (preferred).
• NYS Certification Birth-2nd (preferred).
