Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in quantity food service preparation.
• Preferred Registered Dietitian or Chef; ServSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to menus, schedules, and regulations.
• Maintain inventory and proper storage of foods and supplies.
• Ensure safety and sanitation in the kitchen and participate in records.
• Schedule work, recruit volunteers, and liaise with nutritionist as required.
• Keep daily production and meal counts; submit required reports.
