Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool cook requirements.
• 1 year of experience in food planning, preparation, and service per USDA guidelines.
• Preferred: Food Handler's Card or ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Create nutritious, kid-approved meals and snacks.
• Keep kitchen organized and manage food and supply storage.
• Serve meals to classrooms ensuring children are fueled for learning and play.
• Maintain a clean, efficient kitchen and handle dishes.
