The YMCA Gordon Family Branch in Sumner, WA is hiring a Preschool Gymnastics Instructor to lead and inspire children ages 3-5 through safe, progressive gymnastics lessons.

You will plan age-appropriate activities, keep classes moving, enforce safety rules, and reinforce YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. Part-time role with benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must pass background and WA Fair Chance Act checks.
• Able to create progression-based lesson plans for preschoolers.
• Friendly, courteous, and professional with members, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans with progression appropriate to age and ability.
• Instruct gymnasts in a safe and fun manner.
• Outline class lesson plans to keep children moving.
• Enforce all safety rules in the gym.
• Finish each class with a fun group activity.
