• BA/BS from an accredited college and minimum of three years of related experience.

• Knowledge of Infinite Campus or similar student database systems preferred.
• Proficiency in student information systems, spreadsheets, databases, and Google platforms.
• Ability to generate reports, compile data, and maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills and the ability to motivate people.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, administrators, and community members.
