Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily lesson plans aligned with Missouri Early Learning Standards.
• Create a safe, engaging classroom environment that supports exploration and learning through play.
• Supervise children with attentive guidance and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Observe and assess children's developmental progress and communicate concerns as needed.
• Build positive relationships with families and uphold confidentiality and professionalism.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures and complete required trainings.
