The Learning Experience - Lansdale is seeking passionate Child care Lead and Assistant Teachers for ages 6 weeks to 6 years to join our team. You will foster a positive, engaging learning environment using our LEAP curriculum and build strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional teaching experience (preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Genuine passion for the education and care of children.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's latest adventures and achievements through apps and in discussions.
