Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead educator managing a classroom of students.
• Schedule staff to maintain required teacher to student ratios.
• Supervise, coach and counsel staff to meet district goals and regulations.
• Plan and implement lessons per Arizona Early Learning Standard and DHS standards.
• Order and receive necessary materials and supplies.
• Conduct staff meetings and participate in professional development.
• Communicate with staff to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintain 24 hours of annual training.
• Ensure DHS requirements and Quality First standards are met.
• Maintain payments records and reconcile deposits.
