The role requires MA EEC Director certification (I required), a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, and 3 years of teaching or supervisory experience. Salary $78,000–$88,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts E.E.C. Director I Certification required.
• Director II Certification preferred.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 3 years teaching or 3 years supervisory experience in early childhood.
• Experience with diverse groups and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Center staff, scheduling, PD, and hiring; supervise and support curricular activities.
• Engage families to build community, manage enrollment and retention.
• Manage daily operations and budget with parent advisory board.
