Job summary

O2B Kids is seeking a Preschool Director for our Overland, MO location. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, ensure licensing compliance, and drive enrollment growth while providing a nurturing environment for children aged 0-13.

The role offers growth opportunities within the O2B Early Education family, with a focus on teamwork, parent communication, and program excellence. Must have related degrees/certifications and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Experience managing staff and programs for young children.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills are expected.
• Knowledge of licensing requirements for child care facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold licensing requirements and center policies.
• Support the director/facility manager.
• Staff training and conflict resolution.
• Lead parent meetings and communications.

Responsibilities
