O2B Early Education is seeking a passionate preschool director for their Newberry Park location in Gainesville, Florida. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be ready to coach staff while enjoying continuous growth opportunities.

The role involves daily communication with parents, staffing responsibilities, and upholding licensing requirements. Candidates must hold a CDA or Florida Directors Credential, CPR/First Aid certification, and have management experience. Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents daily
• Assist with the hiring of all staff
• Staffing of facility
• Uphold licensing requirements
• Support the director/facility manager
• Staff training and conflict resolution
• Parent meetings
