O2B Kids seeks an Administrative Director for its Bluestone Drive location, Missouri. The role supports the director, coaches staff, and ensures licensing compliance while fostering a positive environment for growth.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm, with duties including parent communication, paperwork processing, hiring assistance, and accounts handling. Growth opportunities available in a growing education company.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience overseeing early childhood programs.
• Experience with licensing and compliance for child care facilities.
• Strong ability to coach and mentor staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with the hiring of all staff
• Uphold licensing requirements

Requirements

• CDA, Associate Degree, or higher
• Missouri Director Credential
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-5 years-old
• Management experience
