O2B Kids is seeking an Administrative Director for our brand-new Bluestone Drive location in Missouri. The role focuses on coaching staff, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, and overseeing daily operations in a warm, child-focused environment.

Responsibilities include communicating with parents, processing agency paperwork, assisting with staff hiring, and managing billing/receivables. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and a team-driven atmosphere.

Qualifications

• CDA or higher and Missouri Director Credential.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience with children aged 0-5 years.
• Prior management experience.
