Legacy Traditional Schools is seeking a Preschool designee to create a caring, safe, and well managed Pre-K environment. You will communicate with staff and parents, cover Site Coordinator duties in their absence, and support daily lesson plans.

You will adapt activities, assist with lunchtime routines, and help students reach academic goals through structured guidance and positive behavior. You will maintain classroom records, ensure safety policies, and collaborate with teachers to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong communication with staff and families.
• Background in child care or early education.
• Ability to support and reinforce classroom goals.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with Pre-K staff about program and updates.
• Communicates with parents about program activities and expectations.
• Covers Site Coordinator duties in their absence.
• Maintains appropriate child:staff ratios in Pre-K.
• Enforces health, safety, and discipline procedures for Pre-K.
