Job summary

Child-Parent Centers, Inc. is seeking a Co-Teacher to support a lead teacher in providing high-quality early education for preschoolers. You will assist with implementing the Languages of Learning curriculum, document child progress, and collaborate with families, staff, and specialists.

This role emphasizes teamwork, cultural responsiveness, and ongoing professional growth. The position requires full-time, in-person work with occasional evenings and weekends, and offers pathways for credential

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and excellent driving record.
• Proficiency with Office 365 applications.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Complete AZ DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card before start.
• Pass a company paid physical exam before starting.
• Pass DES Centralized Background Check before starting.
• Demonstrates accountability and dependability.
• Safety-focused and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Implement Languages of Learning curriculum for 3.75–8 hours per day, four to five days per week.
• Plan lessons and document children's work and outcomes.
• Engage families and coordinate with specialists to support development.
• Maintain a safe, healthy learning environment and active supervision.
• Support teachers with family communication and learning at home.
