Job summary

Christian Family Care in Phoenix is seeking a compassionate Classroom Floater to support our Family Care KIDS Preschool. This role helps ensure smooth daily routines, safe and engaging environments, and continuity across multiple classrooms.

You will assist with meals, diapering, transitions, and collaborate with teachers. A high school diploma is required; full-time Monday–Friday; CPR/First Aid and fingerprint card preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preschool/childcare experience (6+ months).
• Certifications (or ability to obtain): CPR & First Aid; Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card; Food Handler’s Card.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily classroom routines (meals, diapering, toileting, transitions).
• Support teachers with activities and classroom organization.
• Maintain a clean, structured, and welcoming environment.
• Model positive behavior and guide children with age-appropriate techniques.
• Communicate effectively with staff and support parent interactions.
• Help maintain consistency across classrooms.
