Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support during shifts across classrooms.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of classrooms and playground equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training per licensing and accreditation requirements.
• Demonstrate scheduling flexibility to meet program needs.
• Support KPI goals and assist the team as needed.
