Grace Harbor Church & School in California is seeking a caring Preschool Breaker/Floater to provide classroom coverage and support during teacher breaks and meals, while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for our children.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with young children preferred.
• Must be dependable, flexible, patient, and nurturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Infant units preferred, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage during teacher breaks, lunches, and as needed.
• Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines.
• Help with transitions, meals, diapering/toileting, and other classroom needs.
• Support multiple classrooms and age groups as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Follow all preschool policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with teachers, staff, and the Preschool Director.
