Qualifications

• 2 years of experience cooking for 100+ people.

• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with high-volume meal preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks according to established menus.
• Maintain all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage.
• Monitor food costs and minimize waste.
• Keep kitchen equipment and workspaces clean and organized.
• Collaborate with school leadership regarding menus, allergies, and special dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate kitchen records and documentation.
• Supervise and support kitchen assistants as needed.
