Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking an Early Childhood Behavior and Classroom Coach in Conway, AR. You will oversee classroom curriculum and behavior support under the Director of Preschool Services, coaching teachers and ensuring developmentally appropriate practices in daily activities.

You will manage schedules, communicate with therapists and families, and help monitor progress on Individual Treatment Plans, supporting transitional activities to kindergarten.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience working with children, required.
• ECDS qualifications or pursuing them.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom curriculum and management under Preschool Services Director guidance.
• Coach Lead Teachers and Assistants to implement developmentally appropriate practices.
• Maintain classroom documentation and schedules; coordinate with therapists and admin team.
• Lead meetings with parents/guardians and therapists as needed.
• Support kindergarten transition and kindergarten readiness activities.
