Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is hiring an Early Childhood Behavior and Classroom Coach in Conway, AR. The role supports preschool classrooms, coaches staff, and ensures developmentally appropriate practices with strong collaboration across therapy and education teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience working with children required.
• ECDS qualifications or equivalent through licensure/credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom curriculum and management with guidance from the Director of Preschool Services.
• Coach Lead Teachers and Teaching Assistants to implement best practices.
• Ensure developmentally appropriate classroom activities and modeling.
• Create and modify schedules, calendars, and communications for classrooms.
• Lead meetings and participate in 1:1 and parent/therapist conferences.
• Monitor ITP progress and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
