Kid Town USA in Clinton Charter Township, MI seeks a GSRP Associate Teacher to support our Great Start Readiness Program. This full-time position runs 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 185 days per year, with compensation around $39,000 annually based on education and experience.

Qualified candidates hold an associate degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA credential; prior work with at-risk children is a plus.

Competenze

• Associate degree or CDA required.
• Experience with at-risk children preferred.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm

Mansioni

• Work as a team member to provide a quality preschool program.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring curriculum and assessment.
• Assist with parent involvement activities and home visits.
• Work with individuals and small groups of students.
• Support emotional and social development and positive self-concepts.
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher to implement lesson plans.
• Supervise students in classrooms, halls, and on the playground.
