Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high-quality, play-based Pre-K classroom for 4-year-olds in Michigan. You will assist the Lead Teacher with daily lessons, observation and assessment of child development, and maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment.

The role emphasizes building relationships with children and families, collaborating in family engagement activities, and participating in professional development to support program quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a valid CDA with plan to complete an associate degree.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements.
• Team player with a passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children.We’re looking for a GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high-quality, play-based classroom that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond.

As an Associate Teacher, you’ll:
