Babilou Family US is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support our mission in a safe, nurturing, and sustainable learning environment. This role works to implement meaningful learning experiences under the Certified Teacher and foster relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

The position emphasizes early childhood education, teamwork, and integrating sustainable education practices into daily routines as part of our HONOR values and Sustainable Education framework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with young children in childcare or education
• Knowledge of child development and classroom safety standards
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow lesson plans and support the Certified Teacher

Responsabilités

• Assist the Certified Teacher with daily lesson plans and activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, eco-minded classroom
• Supervise children and support safety protocols
• Foster communication with families and support sustainability education
• Attend required trainings and collaborate with the teaching team
