Preschool Assistant Teacher - Ages 3-6

Are you passionate about working with preschool-aged children in a nurturing, Montessori environment? Join our team at Cabrillo Montessori School in Santa Clara! Our beautiful school is designed to support each child's natural curiosity, independence, confidence, and love of learning.

At Cabrillo Montessori School, we believe in creating a warm and consistent environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Our fully implemented Montessori programs foster independence, creativity, problem-solving, and strong social connections while helping children build the skills and confidence they need for the future.

Our Primary Community serves children ages 3-6 with a collaborative teaching team of 3 teachers: 1 Lead Guide and 2 Assistant Teachers. Together, the teaching team creates an engaging classroom where children learn at their own pace through hands-on experiences, meaningful work, and opportunities to develop greater independence.

We are looking for caring and dedicated Preschool Assistant Teachers who:

• Have experience or a strong desire to work with preschool-aged children
• Are eager to learn and grow as educators
• Thrive in a collaborative, supportive teaching team
• Want to explore Montessori education and philosophy
