Job summary

Peak Ave Montessori in Morgan Hill is seeking a caring Toddler Assistant Teacher for ages 18 months to 2.5 years, to support our Toddler Community and Montessori-based learning.

You will help children develop practical life skills, language and social confidence in a nurturing, collaborative team, with opportunities to pursue Montessori certification and leadership roles.

Toddler Assistant Teacher – Ages 18 Months to 2.5 Years

Are you passionate about working with toddlers in a nurturing, Montessori environment? Join our team at Peak Ave Montessori in Morgan Hill! Our beautiful school is designed to support each child’s natural curiosity, growing independence, and emotional and social development.

Our fully implemented Montessori programs foster independence, creativity, language development, and strong social connections, helping children develop confidence and a deep love for learning.

Our Toddler Community is an active, engaging environment where children are encouraged to move, explore, communicate, develop practical life skills, and become increasingly independent with the guidance and support of a caring teaching team. Our Montessori Pre Primary (Toddler) Community serves 12 children ages 18 months to 2.5 years old with a teaching team of 2 teachers: 1 Lead Teacher and 1 Assistant Teacher.

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Toddler Assistant Teacher who:
